What's your business, and who are your customers?
We help millennial moms thrift and style their clothes confidently using a 6-step program called The 6 Step Style Accelerator Course.
Tell us about yourself
My body changed so much after I had kids; it was frustrating because I could never find clothes that fit. I wanted to find clothes that flattered me, but I also wanted them to be budget-friendly because I was a busy mom on the go. Enter the world of thrifting and styling. I began teaching myself how to "thrift and style" my clothes, and it solved all of my problems, and my life was forever transformed. I wanted to transform other women's lives through their clothes, so I began teaching other moms my "style method" here in the Los Angeles, CA, area. Seeing the women and their style transformations is like the best feeling in the world, and it motivates me each day to do what I do. Fast forward 3 years, and over 3400 women helped. I began tinkering with the idea of serving more women in a much bigger way, so I began rolling up my sleeves and created an online course, so women all over the country who needed help with their clothes could get the help that they needed.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
Being featured on GoodWill's SoCal page.
What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?
The daily grind. And being consistent in all of your actions, day in and day out, no matter what.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
Take action, take risks, and be weird (so you stand out in the marketplace).
