What's your business, and who are your customers?

People come to me when they want to succeed in their careers without compromising their life quality and happiness. I'm passionate about helping people to master their lives and use their time on what is important to them.

Tell us about yourself

Meeting the love of my life changed my life. And kickstarted a new phase in my career. The challenges I faced when I was navigating the million career opportunities, discovering what I wanted to do next to fulfil my professional purpose as well as making major life changes life leaving my home country, taking a long-distance relationship under the same roof, studying a new profession and starting a business on my purpose is the why I want to help others to master their lives and what's important for them.

My journey wasn't easy, and when I was about to lose what was important to me, I chose to take care of my life and happiness. I was living small and safe. Now that I know what it is like to go all in and live fully, I want to encourage others to unleash the lifestyle and experiences they are meant for. Today, I have the freedom I value, a meaningful way to help others succeed and explore the world with the man I love; I'm not settling for a life half-lived.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

I've helped experts, leaders, and entrepreneurs from over 20 nationalities to transform their lives and careers. Witnessing their growth, success steps, and confidence grow reminds me of the value I can create together with my clients. In July 2022, I also hosted a 21-day summit where 22 global experts and thought leaders were sharing their insights with over 350 people.

What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?

I'd say it all comes down to mindset and leadership. You are the one responsible for making the decisions and holding yourself accountable. I know myself and when I hold back. Therefore, having a coach and a mentor help me hold myself accountable for my vision has been valuable.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

Be clear on your vision: how do you want to see the world, and how do you want to contribute to creating it?
Build a support network you can trust. Having that emotional support is essential and allows you to go after bigger dreams and targets. I wouldn't be where I am now without the support my husband provides.
Hire a business coach and/or enroll in a group program in an area you fall short. You can learn a lot of things while you build and grow but having a coach that helps you see your blind spots, focus on the essentials, and find ways to overcome any fear or challenge will let your business grow faster. Your business will grow at the speed you grow as a person and leader.
