What's your business, and who are your customers?

I am a professional coach. I work with teens through mature adults who are high achievers facing imposter syndrome, self-doubt, and stagnation.

Tell us about yourself

I am a recovering people-pleasing perfectionist who was driven by inner criticism and external validation. In addition, I have business experience as well as specialty training. All of this combined allows me to offer a completely safe space for my clients to have their own insights to move themselves forward.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

As a business owner, I have built my practice into a successful one. I have served hundreds of clients who leave the work with me, feeling a sense of deep self-acceptance and self-leadership to move forward professionally and personally.

What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?

As a business owner, there can be a lot of fear and worry that comes with the unknown and uncertainty. That is when self-trust is so important.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

First, make sure that what you are doing is something that does bring you joy. Second, give yourself permission to try something and for it not to work out the way you expected. And lastly, really utilize self-compassion as you build your business.
