What's your business, and who are your customers?

I help my clients gain clarity on who they are and what they truly want and teach them how to manage their brain day to day to create more peace and happiness.

Tell us about yourself

As a former educator, I realized that teaching academics was not my strength in the classroom; my gift is helping people maximize their potential and gain confidence to live authentically. I found my purpose in helping students who struggle to understand how they are wired and how they can best thrive in life; I decided to become certified in coaching so that I could help individuals, families, and groups to navigate their thoughts and emotions to gain clarity and confidence. I absolutely love watching my clients learn how to show up as the best versions of themselves to live their best lives.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

Changing the lives of my clients and having them thank me for their ability to process their emotions and stabilize their relationships after years of struggling and self-sabotage. There is nothing more rewarding than assisting someone with the knowledge and skills to live authentically and confidently.

What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?

The hardest thing about being a business owner is the behind-the-scenes technology and marketing side of it. The client management aspect is a breeze because I can work with people all day, every day. The cogs of the ‘business machine’ are not as fun.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

I would advise anyone starting a business to be passionate about their niche, find knowledgeable mentors to help set up the basics, and to create a system to organize and deliver your product in a way that creates consistent results.
