What's your business, and who are your customers?

We founded LINAR Advisors to help manufacturing and processing companies address their most critical supply chain challenges. If you are a small company, we can help you get it right from the start. If you are a larger company, we can help you prioritize and focus on the most critical areas for improvement first.

Our operating executives and industry experts all have relevant business, operations, and supply chain experience in multinational corporations and smaller companies. We leverage that experience to identify, prioritize and resolve our clients' operating challenges. And we do it in a way you wouldn't expect from consultants. We earn your trust by putting our skin on the game as well side by side with your team. No fancy PowerPoint presentations, just impactful results, and positive growth. A successful career is driven by purpose. After working for some of the best companies in the world and building LINAR Advisors, I am devoting a significant portion of my time to serving global Family Businesses as an Independent Director on their Boards so I can share everything I have learned and help them make long-lasting connections.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

Thriving through the COVID years and coming out stronger.

What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?

It is a very lonely place, and you have to work on things you really don't like doing (for me, financial accounting, administrative tasks, and sales). I am an engineer, and I love solving problems.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

1. Build a financial cushion for the difficult times because you will go through difficult times.
2. Surround yourself with people smarter than you who believe in your dream.
3. Get ready to work very hard, sometimes at the worst possible time. Life-work balance is definitely achievable, but sometimes, you cannot choose when.
