What's your business, and who are your customers?

I help people to increase their emotional intelligence, teach them how to integrate mindful communication into their lives, and reduce stress through mindfulness practices. My customers are people who want to transform their lives and live in emotional and mental well-being.

Tell us about yourself

In 2016 I had an emotional breakdown, and I decided to look for tools that would help me manage anxiety and stress. I traveled to India; I did training in yoga and meditation. In 2018 I did a training in mindfulness in Madrid. All thinking for my own benefit. When I began to feel the positive changes in me, I realized that I wanted to share this knowledge with other people and help them change their lives.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

My greatest achievement as a businesswoman has the possibility to touch lives; it is the fulfillment and gratitude that I feel when a person transforms their life.

What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?

The greatest difficulty has been making my way and making myself known as an authority in the field. On the other hand, the responsibility of being coherent with my personal life and with what I teach.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

  1. Be passionate about what you do.
  2. Always show yourself vulnerability.
  3. Be willing to serve others and always deliver value.
