I am a wellness educator, Energy Medicine Practitioner, and the Chief Creative Officer of Lightbrite Inc., a well-tech company offering data-driven personalized vibrational and spiritual wellness practices that are accessible and actionable to all through mobile technology.

Globally we are in an unprecedented wellness crisis. Some statistics show that 20%of adults suffer from mental illness. I hope that some of the tools I’ve practiced and shared in my private practice can be shared and of service to all.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

Over the last eight years, I’ve spent more than 20,000 hours working with people practicing energy medicine to find balance and well-being.

What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?

Staying present and trusting that you are always right where you are supposed to be in the evolution and growth of one’s business.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

  1. Make sure you create a business from your passion.
  2. Surround yourself with people who share that passion and have different skills than you do to keep your team balanced.
  3. Step into your growth with certainty that you are capable of everything.
