What's your business, and who are your customers?

My business provides a coaching service that revolves around Health and Wellness. My customers are mostly people who are looking to create more balance in their lives. Business owners or executives. They feel overwhelmed when they think about how to create a healthy lifestyle around food, time management, movement, and self-care, all the while tending to their careers. These people are experiencing higher levels of stress as well.

Tell us about yourself

I feel passionate about what I do because I have lived through feeling depressed and helping my family by finding solutions to major health issues that I feel I would not have gotten resolved if I did not dig to find the true causes of this diagnosis. All we were offered was a pill and a patch to put over the symptoms but no real answers as to why. I love helping people be advocates for their health and well-being. I love helping people feel whole again.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

Establishing a reputation of trust with my clients and network partners.

What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?

Managing all the behind-the-scenes. Like websites, advertisements, and social media.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

  1. Get into Networking Groups.
  2. Live out your passion and purpose.
  3. Transformation over transaction.
