What's your business, and who are your customers?

My business is as a certified and experienced Law of Attraction Life Coach. People of all ages, careers, and backgrounds contact me mainly for one of the following reasons:

  1. There's something they want to attract into their lives, and they need help doing it (i.e., a wonderful relationship, an improved relationship, more clients, more money, material things, a better job, etc.)
  2. They want to feel happier and more satisfied with life.
  3. There are areas of their lives they want to improve.
  4. They've heard of the Law of Attraction and want to know how to get it to work in their favor. Based on my own experience, and those of my clients, it is possible to attract what you want and live a happy life! Most people don't realize that they can feel happier because no one showed them how to do that. Once they know and experience the difference, their lives only get better.

Tell us about yourself

When I was in my early 20's in California, many people told me to go hear Rev. Michael Beckwith because his sermons were so inspiring. At the time, he ran a small non-denominational spiritual center. (He later became one of the contributors to the worldwide phenomenon "The Secret" and has since become very well known.) After I heard him a few times and was blown away each time, he talked about the Law of Attraction and how powerful it is. I then took all of the classes he was offering at the time, and that started my journey with the Law of Attraction. Many years later, I received an email that said, "Become a certified Law of Attraction Life Coach." I didn't even know that was a career at the time. I thought about it and realized that if anyone were potentially good at that, it would be me. I researched the coaching academy that was offering this year-long certification program, and it was legit. I took the program, got certified a year later, and have been successfully doing it ever since! What motivates me each day to continue to do it is the wonderful life-changing results my clients get from this type of coaching. When someone thanks me for helping them improve their lives, it's very satisfying to me. Once you live your life from a Law of Attraction point of view, it only gets better!

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

My biggest accomplishment as a business owner is that I am able to do what I love each day (full time) which was always my dream.

What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?

One of the hardest things that come with being a business owner can be attracting a steady flow of business! However, with the type of coaching I do, I follow my own coaching advice, and that enables me to have a steady flow of wonderful clients.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

  1. Make sure you love what you're going to do.
  2. Keep a positive attitude towards obtaining a successful business.
  3. Don't be afraid to ask other successful people in your business how they "made it." Some of what they tell you can help you reach your goals!

Is there anything else you'd like to share?

Running your own business can be challenging, fun, stressful, and successful, with ups and downs, but if you love the business you're in and you never give up, you can be successful. And if you're not, you'll never regret trying.
