LHM International is an online ecosystem for business and personal growth led by me, an internationally recognized business and personal growth coach with a client base worldwide, specializing in helping service-based businesses, coaches, consultants, and entrepreneurs to grow online.

Against all odds, after surviving the bombing of former Yugoslavia, a deadly illness, and becoming a mom after being diagnosed with infertility, I realized that everything is possible, and I dedicated my life to helping people realize their greatest potential, do what they love, and live free. As a former programmer, I easily understood the power of algorithms on the web, and after gaining traction on social media when my book became a bestseller.

I used that power to build my own personal brand and community from which my business was born. I do what I love, have more time for my family and people I love, and live free. That's what I wish for everyone!

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

I enjoy the distinction of being certificated by the Goldman Sachs 10 000 Women Program for Business Development and receiving the Top 20 Global Thought Leaders and Influencers on Future of Work, Top 100 Women B2B Thought Leaders, Top 100 B2B Thought Leaders and Influencers on Technology 3 years in a row and Top 30 Under 30 Young Leaders awards.

I am a TEDx Keynote Speaker, Bestselling Author, as well as a Human Potential Thought Leader and MENSA member with IQ > 156 (<1% of the human population), also known as LinkedIn Wonder Woman and The Voice of Freedom.

What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?

For me, nothing is hard when you do what you love cause then you don't feel like working at all. It's important we walk on a path of our own purpose and dedicate our hearts and minds to that mission. Success and money simply follow.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

  1. Find people who are already where you wish to be and model their behavior, skills, and business...learn from them.
  2. Invest in yourself. Hire a coach, especially if that person is already where you want to be. There is no reason to do it all on your own when, with this investment, you actually save your time, money, and energy and get results much faster. It took me seven years to get where I am now, and now I teach my clients that strategy in 2 months.
  3. Work on your personal growth every day, meditate, focus on the present moment, set precise goals, act towards your achievements, and outsource all activities which cost less than your hour.
