What's your business, and who are your customers?
LFO (LIVE FULL OUT), previously known as Raising Consciousness, is a conscious personal growth company. We combine passions for personal growth, health, spirituality, sports, and leadership & business to create and offer experiences, products, and services that inspire humans to be better humans and LIVE FULL OUT.
We work with a range of audiences across all walks of life with a particular focus on youth who want less anxiety and more freedom to create who they want to be, creatives who want less worry and to do what they love more, entrepreneurs who wish to less stress and more impact in the world and those in the workplace who want less toxicity at work and more purpose.

I'm Luke, and I raise human Consciousness and help people to LIVE FULL OUT by creating their healthiest, happiest, and most fulfilling life possible. I'm the founder of LFO, a company on a mission to raise Consciousness on the planet. I share insights on personal growth and spirituality. On my podcast, Raising Consciousness, I have conversations with industry leaders, entrepreneurs, sports stars, influencers, and the world's greatest minds to inspire people to live full out.
I'm passionate about everything personal growth, and I firmly believe that the purpose of all human existence is to activate our unique goal and bring it into the world by us living full out and contributing to the world in a meaningful way so that we leave the planet in a better place than when we found it for if we are not moving the world forward then why are we here? What is the point of it all?
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
My biggest accomplishment has been more personal: starting my podcast, sharing my insights, and interviewing guests on the show. I'm naturally an introvert, so putting myself out there has been something that doesn't come naturally to me. To be doing it consistently for 3+ years is my biggest accomplishment, alongside helping clients, customers, and our growing community.
What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?
Being an ambitious person and visionary, it has been challenging to follow the narrative of doing one thing. So, often in business, we get told to go all-in on one thing and focus there, yet for someone who gets lots of creative ideas and visions and wants to bring them into the world, this can be a challenge. I've learned to follow my path and do what I feel is true. This is intuition.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
I recommend to anyone starting their own business to follow their path. I still need to take advice and ask for feedback. This means making decisions and choices based on what feels valid for them in alignment with their vision, mission, and purpose.
I recommend building and creating a brand that will outlast them. This is legacy, and for me, it is vitally important.
Finally, I recommend focusing on the areas of business they're good at, where their skills and strengths lie and seeking solutions for the rest. Seeking answers could be outsourcing or using technology to void the gap.
