What's your business, and who are your customers?
We help teachers, tutors, and educators start their own independent Learning Success Coaching practice. We set them up with a proven methodology, a winning business model, a community, and a coach by your side to start and scale their own online coaching practice.
Tell us about yourself
I am the creator of the revolutionary MathCodes Method™ and Meta-Learning DeStress Method™; these methods are grounded in brain science and neurolinguistics. These methods help stressed-out learners to destress by talking to their brains and teaching them how to learn. Learning Success Academy by SuccessCodes is a proven holistic coaching methodology that is a unique and superior alternative to tutoring and teaching in all subjects. I developed these systems over 24 years, working one on one with over 1600+ struggling students.
I was once a struggling math student myself. But now, I am a Math and Learning Success Coach, host of the "From Fear to Fearless" show, reformed tutor, ex-teacher, Behavior and Math Interventionist, #1 Best Selling Author, Master NLP Practitioner, and Certified Hypnotherapist. I am also a fearless entrepreneur, parent, lifelong fighter, and learner. Since March of 2022, I have trained and certified over 50+ passionate educators to start their own Learning Success Coaching practice.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?
Learning to balance life and work. Working from home, I needed to set boundaries to protect my life and work balance.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
- Know WHAT you REALLY want so you can stay true to your desire and dreams.
- Know WHY you want; know your BIG WHY to guide you even when it gets hard.
- Have the courage to win or fail forward so you have to confidence to achieve what you want.
