What's your business, and who are your customers?
Through popular books, engaging keynotes, tailored coaching programs, and online or in-person training, my company, Lean B2B, helps business-to-business (B2B) entrepreneurs and innovators build products businesses want.
Tell us about yourself
In 2013, when my second startup failed, a process began. I needed to figure out how to build and grow tech businesses in B2B. I spent a year interviewing successful B2B founders / researching B2B customer development. The research led to the creation of The Lean B2B Methodology and the publication of the book Lean B2B.
Today, after having helped thousands of entrepreneurs and innovators, our mission remains to meaningfully increase the success rate of B2B ventures. That's what keeps us motivated day after day.

- Always be building.
