I am a keynote speaker and author, primarily speaking at corporate events for sales and leadership groups.

I am an entrepreneur by background. As I’ve built businesses, I’ve always been fascinated with leadership and influence, and that’s led me to write four books and share these insights on stages all around the world.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
I’ve accomplished a lot and achieved some really cool milestones, but the biggest measure of success to me is the impact my message has on individuals.
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
Work-life balance. I have five very active kids who are my main priority, so it’s always a balance to make it all work.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
- Find a need in the world.
- Figure out how to deliver huge value.
- Be consistent.
