What's your business, and who are your customers?

I help business owners, managers, and supervisors across the country, become profit-producing leaders, so they can make more money, have less stress, and spend more time with their loved ones.

Tell us about yourself

I have long had a passion and interest in the field of business leadership since I was 15 years old. I was able to foster an excellent culture and grow a business from the bottom up as a result of my business knowledge and understanding. My goal is to build a legion of leaders so my daughters can grow up in a better world.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

Being able to build a great family and business at the same time.

What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?

Even though I teach leadership, evolving my leadership as my business grows.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

  1. Get massive clarity - Many times; business owners don't tell the truth about what's happening. The only way to have a good foundation in business is to be honest with yourself.
  2. Courage: In order to run a successful business, you must not shy away from courageous conversations and make choices quickly.
  3. Commitment: Nobody wants to be part of an organization with a leader who lacks commitment to themselves and the company. Keep your promises and stay in integrity.
