We are Le Chéile. Led by Meredith Fennessy, we help boutique agency founders to regain their creative freedom and run profitable businesses.
Tell us about yourself
As the Founder & Principal Consultant at Le Chéile, it's my passion to help boutique creative studio and agency founders reclaim their creative freedom and build profitable businesses. I have over thirteen years of experience consulting with healthcare execs, VC-backed startups, and boutique creative agency founders. Similar to many, I fell into entrepreneurship by surprise. In 2019, I left my job to search for something that resonated and aligned with my values. While I loved my career, I had yet to feel profoundly connected to my clients and work.
While searching, I started freelancing with startups and quickly discovered a significant gap in the market—a lack of bespoke strategic and financial consultative support for talented creative entrepreneurs. Le Chéile was officially born in July 2019. Fast forward four years...we exclusively work with creative agencies, we developed a custom and visual cash flow and forecasting tool specifically for creative brains, and 93% of our clients have, at the very least, doubled their profits within six months of working with us.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?
The ebbs and flows of the business, knowing when to scale, and knowing when to pivot.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
Have at least three months of income saved up, ask a lot of questions, and don't be afraid to start (or you never will).
