What's your business, and who are your customers?
We are in the meaning-making business. We work with individuals and global organizations, and anything in between. We work in leadership development and use a method that is based on ancient wisdom applied to modern organizations. We also train professionals to use our method, which qualifies them to join our Guild of Professional Practice, where practitioners can find others to complete a job.
Tell us about yourself
I got started 45 years ago as an astrologer and never thought I would be working in global organizations as a consultant, never mind developing a theater-based model that is taking off like wildfire on a global scale.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
Setting up a system where I can work anywhere and offering the same to others.
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
For me, it is sales, and so I have relied on word-of-mouth for 45 years.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
- Follow your passion; nothing else will get you through the rough patches. Don't ask, "is this a money-making idea" instead, ask if you are passionate about what you are selling. The money will follow.
- Look into yourself. What kind o leader are you? Get an astrological reading about your inner life before you embark.
- Have your financing in place. Most new businesses fail because of cash flow.
Is there anything else you'd like to share?
I specialize in personal consultations regarding all life matters. My expertise is leadership. Archetypal/Astrological readings are particularly helpful when changes occur in your life. My methodology is deeply psychological and practical, and definitely non-predictive. Astrology is simply a tool to understand your inner skills in such a way as to best align yourself with your circumstances. In other words, your choices can increase greatly as they also become more specific to your nature.
Who comes to see me? There is probably not a profession you could think of that has not come for a reading. I have read all over the world, mostly by phone and in three languages.
My goals include writing another book and expanding my teaching.
