I am a money coach, and I teach Latinas and women of color how to manifest more money and build wealth.
Tell us about yourself
My name is Cat Oliva-Pedraza, and I am a money coach, content creator, and the founder of Latina Millionaires Club. I teach Latinas and women of color how to overcome their limiting beliefs and scarcity mindset so they can step into abundance and live a more happy, healthy, and wealthy life. I am on a mission to help women become wealthy af because I believe more money in the hands of women will make the world a better place.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
My biggest accomplishment as a business owner is making the decision to leave my 9-5 and go full force into growing my business. I didn’t think this would be possible for me to do for another 4 years, so I am extremely excited and proud of this accomplishment.
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
One of the hardest things is taking risks before you see evidence of a reward. There is a lot of freefalling in business and learning how to trust your own decisions. Other people can’t make decisions for you, such as in a 9-5, so it can be really hard to trust your decisions. It can take time to find your intuition and trust and listen to it, but it’s one of the most rewarding.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
- Make sure you are doing something you are passionate about.
- Don’t be afraid to try out different ideas until you find the business that you love.
- Remember that having the ability to change your mind is powerful. You do not have to stay married to any decision made in the business.
