Tell us about yourself
Growing up in Brazil, I was drawn to the power of meaningful human connections. From a very early age, I knew that no matter what I chose to do in life, I decided to serve in this world. I wanted to maintain integrity with how much I value genuine collaborative interactions. Being open and curious about people’s experiences, talents, skills, perspectives, contributions, and growth opportunities, in a non-judgment way, has been some of my most long withstanding qualities.
Partnering with my clients on their paths to self-actualization allows me to bring all those elements together. Witnessing its transformational impact on those I’m fortunate to work with is pure alchemy. The joy my clients share with me due to results they feel empowered to tap into keeps me growing alongside them daily.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
I have started it and its impact on the people I work with. All fall as natural pieces to a great puzzle that’s a pleasure to put together.
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
For the most part, being a business owner. I thrive in my exchanges with clients and often feel challenged by internal administrative routines, not my sandbox. And yet, worth it all.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
If you feel it is unequivocally for you, start. Don’t wait for "the right time" or the "perfect scenario." There will be beautiful days. There will be challenging ones; go through each one day at a time. Begin.
