What's your business, and who are your customers?
Ladder Hacker Academy is a collection of on-demand, interactive modules, quizzes, and downloadable resources that help newcomers to business: recent college grads, people transitioning mid-career, or transitioning from blue-collar to white-collar, who want to learn the necessary skills to succeed in any business or corporate setting.
Tell us about yourself
I am a self-starter, a business entrepreneur that saw a deficit in the market after seeing firsthand some of the soft skills that people lacked. More specifically, people that are close to me not having some of the skills needed to succeed in general business settings.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
Being able to employ my friends and family.
What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?
Owning your time and being able to shut work off.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
- Bet on yourself.
- Be comfortable with being uncomfortable.
- Don't take the first NO (or the 2nd, or the 3rd...)
