What's your business, and who are your customers?

La table sausage is a catering and premade meal food service socializing in naive foods, we are truly proud of our Metis heritage, and we love to share this food with everyone. It is wholesome, healthy, and local food made for you.

Tell us about yourself

Food has always been a passion of mine, a passion I have instilled in my children, and one that I love to share with the world. I fell in love with food cooking with my family and have been working in the industry for 33 years now. I started this business to help others, to feed others, and to show people the magic of food and good ingredients.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

I would say that my biggest accomplishment, for now, is with finding our new operating space. We are moving into our new space in a month's time and cannot wait to welcome all the new faces there.

What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?

It's very hard work; it's never easy. The hours are long, and you can't stop because of one little bump or even a few bumps in your road or on your path.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

Never give up, always be fierce, and be kind to yourself and your partners and employees. Always have respect for everyone.

Is there anything else you'd like to share?

In this world we live in, we must learn to adapt every day; one thing you should never forget is to do what you love.
