I personally have been consistently using oils for a simple and minimalist skin care regimen for almost ten years now. Oils have been the best thing for my skin, especially without all of the questionable ingredients in many conventional skincare lines. What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?

The hardest thing is the amount of responsibility and decision-making involved. As a business owner, you are responsible for every aspect of your business, from developing and executing a business plan, managing finances and cash flow, marketing and advertising, hiring and managing employees, to dealing with legal and regulatory compliance.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

1. Make sure to do your research and start with the right mindset and preparation.
2. Embrace technology and automation, and explore different software, apps, and tools that can automate and simplify your tasks.
3. Stay adaptable and flexible; starting a business involves a lot of uncertainties and changes, and it's essential to stay adaptable and flexible. Be open to feedback, and learn from your mistakes.
