What's your business, and who are your customers?

I am a Leadership Speaker and Success Coach for women in online entrepreneurship. I guide them to apply life-changing tools and build a profitable business without the hustle. Together we create their dream life filled with creativity, fulfillment, and success.

Tell us about yourself

It can be difficult to find the support and motivation needed to get ahead. I've been there, which is why I created my business! With my expertise in communication and psychology, I've trained thousands to become confident business leaders using self-awareness, strategic planning, and business leadership skills.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

My business started as a side-hustle with only 10 hours a week over the past 7 years. I have now been able to serve over 7,000 professionals, students, and entrepreneurs.

What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?

Being authentic in a world of copy-and-paste strategies can be overwhelming, especially for women carving their paths, but I have figured out how to stay true to who I am, which is part of why I have dedicated my business to helping others do the same.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

There are 3 main steps to my proprietary process, the Unlock Method™️. The first thing I would say is to have a clear vision of where you are going and why it matters to you. Then create a plan of how you can get there by utilizing your unique strengths and abilities. Lastly, stay committed to learning and developing into a better version of yourself and be flexible for the ebbs and flows of the journey.
