What's your business, and who are your customers?

Kreative Ink is where kreativity and innovation collide. We work closely with our clients in content marketing to establish credibility and create visibility. My clients encompass over 900 of 1000 fortune companies. Government and Military agencies, Healthcare and Educational Systems, and entertainers and media, just to name a few.

Tell us about yourself

As an international speaker, premiere trainer, coach/consultant, Best-Selling Author, and Influencer, I have the opportunity to share my expertise with industry, staffing teams, and individuals near and far. Seeing the desired outcome of my services.

I am Dr. (h.c.) Raechelle "Rae" Johnson, an Innovative Branding Strategist who has placed my focus on the reach of the customer's products and services through content. Brand continuity, message mastery, and perfect positioning. It is my purpose and passion to provide those I work alongside to build trust relationships, professional transparency, authentic engagement, and loyal to their service community. It is a shame. A business tragedy to see businesses fail due to the inability to connect and successfully engage with their service community.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

Not just the survival of businesses of work alongside during the pandemic and recent changes in the marketplace but having them thrive.

What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?

The ability to sense change coming and adapt. Adaptability is learned. A skill we acquire is a muscle that must be developed. If we do not change, we become stagnant. Stagnation can lead to a slow, arduous death.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

  1. Help is not a dirty word. We all need help. This is where experts in the field come in handy. Invest in the success of your goals but invest in help in the beginning, not just when you find yourself in trouble.
  2. Success is a personal definition. Define for yourself what it is, what the 1st stop looks like, and that it's a journey that changes as you grow. Also, failure is a part of the process.
  3. Have fun. I know you heard do the thing you would do for free. This is not that. I start most days early. Ends a lot of days late. My clients are given a start and end time, but I have to make time for breaks. I have a coach, a team, and even an accountability partner. Success requires a plan, action, tracking, learning, and adjustments. The payoff is I get paid. Well (now-lol). The reward is satisfied, loyal customers. The reason I continue to do it and push past the "ugh" is I love it. It's FUN!
