What's your business, and who are your customers?
Konnect Services' mission is to provide coaching and consulting services to individuals seeking support and guidance as they transform their lives, careers, and businesses. We offer Individual and Group Sessions for Individuals, Groups, and Corporate Clients.
Tell us about yourself
I've been coaching by a different name throughout my professional career and fell in love with it - the process of self-discovery and positive thinking! I love growing through the difficulties that life throws at us, and my purpose in life is to help people help themselves through my coaching and consulting services.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
One of my favorite sayings is, "Be a blessing, Be blessed" I envision this as an infinitely looped statement. For me, this saying means that as we bless others, we are blessed AND that when we are blessed, we are to be a blessing. With that being said, my biggest accomplishment as a business owner is the growth of my businesses which allows me to use my blessings to help others.
What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?
One of the hardest things about being a business owner is that there are not enough hours in the day to prevent chaos, but it is just enough for me to control the chaos.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
- You do not have to have ALL the answers, but you do need the skills to obtain them as needed.
- Build your network because it is truly your net worth.
