What's your business, and who are your customers?

Our business is face yoga, the natural solution to regain your youthful appearance. We offer the tutorials thru our app, sessions, certifications, content, etc.

Tell us about yourself

When I had a plastic surgery failure at the age of 27, I realized that I should have done natural solutions such as face yoga. Then I started doing it for myself, posted tutorials on youtube, and now it's my business.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

I taught Kim Kardashian and got featured on "Shark Tank." These brought not just sales but also credibility.

What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?

You don't have a stable income from corporate jobs, so it can be scary. None knew that the pandemic was coming. So it is important to diversify the income streams always.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

  1. Instead of launching something you like or think would sell without asking the audience, listen to them first. Wait till the demand comes to you.
  2. No matter what your business is, you should do social media for marketing if you are a business owner. Even if it is a very niche business, you always learn from your viewers' comments. It is such a great free tool to test your ideas.
  3. Diversify the income streams.

Is there anything else you'd like to share?

The only subscription in our businesses is the app, and it's not enough. I am constantly researching if there are any other passive income opportunities. When you have recurring income streams, the value of the company goes up vs. the same sales without recurring income.
