What's your business, and who are your customers?

Kodash is an online boutique that provides quality clothing that makes you feel comfortable. Our customers are women between the ages of 18 to 60.

Tell us about yourself

I have always wanted to run my own clothing boutique. I love finding unique yet comfortable clothing for myself, and I love to share that with others as well. What motivates me each day to do what I do is LIFE. We only get one life, and I want to live my life as freely as I can while making others feel good too.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

As a business owner, my biggest accomplishment is showing other women like myself what's possible and how they can do whatever they put their minds to.

What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?

The hardest thing that comes with being a business owner is navigating issues on your own. I have no help with my business. It is running but just me right now. So having to deal with all of the operations and any issues that arise on my own is pretty tough at times.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

  1. Don't overthink it. Just start.
  2. Know that there will be issues. But just deal with them as they come up.
  3. Don't let money stop you from starting. You will make money over time. Just stay consistent!
