Interested in starting your own entrepreneurial journey in food and beverage but unsure what to expect? Then read up on our interview with Stuart Prigge, Owner of Kitchen Sink Cuisine, located in Avondale, AZ, USA.

What's your business, and who are your customers?

I have a meal prep and catering company. My food is MACRO-based and locally sourced. I make every component of my meals that impossible can. I enjoy preparing food we all have grown to love, removing the excess calories, reconstructing it with the same flavor profiles, and having it be a healthier version of itself.

My clientele is anyone who wants a lifestyle change and can still enjoy chef-prepared, quality, and quantity-controlled food without a huge hit to your budget.

Meal prepping found me. I then began preparing for my brother as well as myself. Then, 2020 came around, and my wife said, "This is clearly something you enjoy, know, and love doing. Why not turn it into a business? " Here I am...

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?

Making sacrifices is one of the toughest aspects of running a business.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
