What's your business, and who are your customers?

We are a 100% Gluten Free food truck, and people love our food, even if they are not gluten intolerant. Most of our items are made from scratch, and none taste like they are void of amazing flavor.

Tell us about yourself

I had a long successful career as a sales rep and reached a point in my life where I needed to be my own boss. There was certainly a need for a gluten-free option at events, so we started from there.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

Being profitable and retaining our employees.

What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?

Having employees.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

Have a solid plan, be unique, treat your employees the way you would want to be treated!
