What's your business, and who are your customers?

I specialize in clinical skincare facials, massage therapy, bridal makeup, waxing services, and executive business coaching. I've been in business for 26 years, serving the SF Bay Area and East Bay Community. My clients are Professional working clients as well as Corporate C-Site Executives. My KME Coaching side of my business offers Holistic marketing and branding to Ladyprenuers seeking to grow their businesses online.

What motivates me each day is to be able to make a transformative change in my clients' lives.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

My business accomplishment in weathering the storms is being able to remain open post-COVID. That was a beating for us Spa Owners. So, to stay open passed that is a blessing.

What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?

One of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner today is cash flow. I coach my business clients to focus on and track their cash expenses weekly.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

The top (3) priorities are:

  1. Customer service (I have a past manual).
  2. HAVE AN EMAIL LIST; anyone could obtain ideas.
  3. 3 Build a lifestyle of working out. As entrepreneurs, we must incorporate everyday methods to stay healthy in our business.
