What's your business, and who are your customers?

We aren't for dabblers or beginners. We help trailblazers build empires. What so many 6 and 7-figure entrepreneurs need, specifically in the online space, is someone to help them shift from producer to leader. They build their business with lots of hustle, blood, sweat, and tears. But there comes a time when their goals are too big to chip away at one tiny baby step at a time. They want RAPID, EXPONENTIAL growth. They want to speed up the growth process and build on a solid foundation. What they are far too often offered in the online landscape are basic tactics that are meant for beginners and dabblers. That's not what we are about. We are here for REAL business owners who want to learn and leverage the same business principles every billion-dollar corporation was built on. That's our specialty. We help you build quickly and soundly, so you can make your dreams a reality sooner.

Tell us about yourself

I got started when I realized I was unfulfilled in climbing the corporate ladder. I had an extremely successful career in Fortune 500, was promoted seven times in 8 years, and led teams of 100+ through one of the toughest economic downturns without a single layoff – we even broke company records. As I excelled in my career and was helping others, I realized I could be doing that on a much larger scale while making more money and experiencing more lifestyle freedom. So after talking to my boss, I started my business on the side and actually scaled it to nearly seven figures while working my full-time job before going full-time with the business.

My family and my clients are what motivate me every single day – we want to be the best in the world at what we do, providing the best of the best business education and leadership development for business owners (and aspiring business owners).

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

There are a lot of things to be proud of – I'd say the ability to build a life of freedom, fulfillment, and financial abundance for my family while also helping my clients to do the same. The work we are doing is changing lives for everyday entrepreneurs around the globe – and we've been able to help over 75 business owners build million-dollar businesses over the last year and a half, which has been incredibly rewarding. At the same time, I've been able to relocate my family to our dream home in Florida, be present with my husband and daughter because I've built a dream team and a schedule around my life, and have been able to give back on a massive scale by partnering with organizations that I am passionate about: such as Charity: Water (we've funded our second clean water project with them this past year).

What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?

Mastering the mental game, in my opinion, is one of the hardest parts of entrepreneurship – because it's ALWAYS mindset before mechanics. This is where investing in your health and well-being comes into play – in order to scale to the level you aspire to go, you need to be mentally sharp, develop your resilience muscle, and stay patient. When you're in a tough season and feel like giving up, remember why you started in the first place.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

  1. Play the long game. So many business owners give up before they can see the fruits of their labor because they want instant gratification. Be committed to playing the long game because your results are always developing under the surface. Don't let social media gurus fool you into thinking that it's easy or happens overnight – because entrepreneurship is hard work, and the most successful people are the ones who can sustain the long-range vision.
  2. It has never been easier to connect with people around the world by leveraging the power of social media. Back in the day, deals were made on the golf course – you had to jump in your car and play 18 holes before a business decision was made. Now, we have the luxury of getting in front of people from the comfort of our homes with technology. Use that to your advantage and be wildly consistent with building your online brand, posting content, getting visible, and starting conversations.
  3. Link arms with a mentor who is where you want to be. The most successful athletes in the world didn't get where they are today on their own. Find someone who has done what you aspire to do or achieved the level of success you want to achieve and study them. Learn from them, mirror their actions, and invest in mentorship that will shorten your learning curve.
