What's your business, and who are your customers?

I am a personal health coach and change unwanted behaviors to sustainable new ways of life. I partner with you to set smart goals, keep you accountable, and teach you how to evaluate and track your progress.

Tell us about yourself

I have spent my 30-year professional career in the healthcare field working with behavior change in many capacities. My gift is that I work with clients in a non-judgmental way to find a plan that empowers them to create change in their life.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

I have several stories of success that feel like accomplishments every day, but the biggest accomplishment is sustained behavior after six months or a year. I would say over 50% of clients have achieved sustained behavior change from our time together.

What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?

Doing all aspects of the business...marketing, accounting, scheduling when I would prefer to be working face to face with clients.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

Realistic expectations, start slowly to make sure your business is a fit, and be patient.
