What's your business, and who are your customers?

I'm a Reiki Master Teacher (Usui/Holy Fire®️), RYT-200 Yoga Instructor, and Intuitive Medium. I utilize my psychic gifts of claircognizance, clairaudience, clairsentience, and clairvoyance to assist your energetic healing process and deliver words of love from your spiritual team. I offer Reiki Certification Training, psychic readings, guided meditations, and sound baths. I also offer supplemental metaphysical workshops covering topics such as Tarot reading, crystal healing, astrology, mudras, and advanced chakra healing techniques. My customers vary in age and experience, including virtual clients from around the globe.

Tell us about yourself

I've always had a flare for the strange and unusual! Growing up as a child actor, I quickly learned to empathically place myself in the shoes of others. I was always studying human behavior and creating characters in my mind. I was quite a precocious little nugget! While working as an actress/singer, I started to find myself distracted while I was on set or working in historic theaters. My psychic gifts started to progress rapidly, and it inspired me to take a dive into all things spiritual. I knew deep down that I needed to find a way to ground my energy, and it was in the process of exploring my gifts that inspired me to hold space for others looking to heal as well. When the pandemic hit in 2020, I moved out of Los Angeles after 10 years of working in the entertainment industry and launched my holistic business, Yogic Frequency. My goal is to help people better understand and develop their intuitive abilities and self-care practices.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

Being able to hold space for others is beautiful beyond words. It's remarkable to watch my students grow and develop confidence in their unique gifts!

What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?

Pricing! Running a business, even one in the holistic/spiritual world means setting goals and making sure that you can pay the bills and put food on the table.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

As my Reiki Master Teacher told me... DO IT AFRAID! Let your light shine, and know that you're enough. Don't let anyone tell you how you should conduct your business.
Set boundaries - know when it's time to unplug and decompress to keep your energy in check, especially if you're working in the holistic or metaphysical community. Healers need healing too!
Don't get into the habit of comparing yourself to others - remain authentic and trust that the right clients/students will find you when the timing is right.
