I excel in leadership, talent, product, and ecosystem development, with a particular focus on medicines and medical devices. My customers are innovators, investors, and leaders seeking to get their products from bench to bedside.

I started my business to create new career and personal growth opportunities. I love working daily to build my region's life sciences ecosystem.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

I'm self-funded, and I was able to leave my previous employer four years after starting my business.

What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?

One of the hardest things is staying focused on the next most important thing at each moment.

Plan more than you think you need, be fiscally cautious to start, and stay focused on the next most important thing to get you to revenue.
