What's your business, and who are your customers?
I’m an ICF-certified executive coach and leadership trainer. My clients are executives, teams, and companies.
Tell us about yourself
I built my career at CIMBA, an American business and leadership school located in Italy. I was the executive education director and head of coaching. After 18 years, I felt the need to go out of my comfort zone to start my own venture. In March 2019, I quit my job to become a freelance. My major goal was to build my online academy, offering in-person coaching and training integrated with self-paced training. My life purpose is helping others to achieve their potential; this is what motivates me every day.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
As a business owner, I’m proud of my e-academy and also of my 32.000 students on Udemy. I am also very happy I’ve been able to finish and publish my book on Amazon.
What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?
As a business owner, I tend to manage all aspects of my business, from content creation to marketing and sales. I like it, but it is also overwhelming. Delegation and building a virtual team is my next challenge and goal.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
- Trust what you are doing, and keep planting seeds.
- Experiment, fail quickly, learn and move on.
- Quality relationships are key, both in life and in business. Invest your time in building true human connections.
