What's your business, and who are your customers?

I work with senior executives, managers, professionals, and business owners looking to strengthen their ability to lead and navigate their own careers or business.

Tell us about yourself

I hired a coach as I was contemplating leaving Executive Recruiting and found coaching could leverage my skill set and what I desired to be doing with clients. I am motivated by supporting others in living authentic lives and careers that leverage their potential.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

I wrote a book, completed my Master Level Coaching Certification, and sustained a coaching business for over 14 years.

What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?

Working alone - realizing you have to build a team and support system around you and learning to delegate and do what you do best - coach.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

Hire a coach, talk to others in the line of work you are interested in pursuing and understand what you are getting into from those who have done it before you. Take the time to build it, and don't expect it to support you financially for at least three years.

Is there anything else you'd like to share?

Trust your inner guidance and learn to know when it is speaking to you. Keep growing and stretching into your potential - it is uncomfortable at times but worth it.
