What's your business, and who are your customers?
I am Karalynne Call, a Certified Nutritionist and mom of six. I am the Founder of Just Ingredients, a health and wellness company dedicated to inspiring people to live happier, healthier lives. In a world where so many products contain so many hidden toxins, I created the Just Ingredients product line to provide natural, real, and nourishing options. My customers include anyone on a health journey trying to improve their quality of life.
Tell us about yourself
I am a mom of 6, and I began my wellness journey while working to heal entirely from depression. After years of doctor visits, medications, and a failed suicide attempt, I finally met a doctor who told me I could permanently heal from depression by eliminating toxins from my diet and daily use. Making this commitment truly saved my life and transformed my family’s future. I have made it my life’s work to share my journey with others in hopes of inspiring people around the world to begin their own health journey.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
I have grown my Instagram community, @Just.Ingredients, to just under 1 million people. My chart-topping podcast, Just Ingredients, has been hosted by nationally-renowned experts and doctors who help me share the best ingredients for life. Having transformed countless lives and inspired a multitude of health journeys, my impact and the Just Ingredients product line continue to grow exponentially by the day.
What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?
One of the hardest things that come with being a business owner is finding a balance between growing her business and being a mom to six children.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
The top three tips that I would give to anyone looking to start, run, and grow a business are:
- Build trust with customers and potential customers.
- Find the right people to work with and to create products with.
- Learn how to work together and communicate to give customers the best experience possible.
