What's your business, and who are your customers?

Jump Start Journey is a Sales Contracting and Sales Strategy Coaching Service for Startups and growing businesses! Our customers are mostly B2B businesses looking for short-term help to gain real genuine sales and business development traction much more quickly through our expertise, experience, and team.

Tell us about yourself

I have been in sales and business development for over 20 years. I have also been an entrepreneur and understand the struggle new founders and business people go through to get their businesses up and running successfully and properly. That's why I created Jump Start Journey...to help other entrepreneurs become successful earlier.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

I partnered with Southwest Airlines, American Airlines, and America West Airlines in 2002 with nothing more than a few hundred dollars, a partnership, and an idea. To this day, you can see the remnants of my partnership with the airline industry in their boarding areas.

What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?

I think the hardest thing for a new business owner is dealing with the emotional roller coaster and strength it takes to be truly independent.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

  1. Find a niche for your business and customers who are interested in your niche.
  2. You will go through a serious dip, don't quit and keep going.
  3. Be honest with yourself and understand your values, and you will get on the right path for yourself.
