What's your business, and who are your customers?

I am a Life and Career Coach for Women. I am a Sober Human, Military Spouse, Mother of Dragons Teenagers, and a Champion of Women. After being Certified through The Life Purpose Institute* in 2013, I have honed my gifts which allows me to provide you with a safe place in an inclusive and thorough coaching experience. I want you to come as you are and leave the best you can be!

Tell us about yourself

I WANT TO HELP WOMEN!!! That was literally all I knew before becoming a Life and Career Coach for women. Now I am "officially" helping women. What motivates me is my mission statement: I use service, humor, and curiosity to guide women to live their beautiful life confidently. Also, I am your new favorite hot off the podcast Goddesses Gather Here as a way to help women on a larger scale than one on one coaching. I have solo episodes, and I interview the most AMAZING Goddesses!

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

My biggest accomplishment as a business owner has been seeing growth in my clients.

What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?

Being an entrepreneur can be a very lonely experience. I have made it a point to spend time learning from and collaborating with other female entrepreneurs.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

  1. Schedule your workday intentionally, including breaks.
  2. If you can't find a community, create one.
  3. Have a dedicated space in your home that is just for work, and do your work there.
