What's your business, and who are your customers?

Judith Heft & Associates, Financial & Lifestyle Concierge, helping busy HNW individuals by giving them back their most valuable resource - time. We provide customized solutions to help our clients manage their daily affairs and longer-term personal needs.

Tell us about yourself

I grew up in the family business and learned at a very young age what it means to be a successful entrepreneur. For over two decades, I owned conventional and internet-based businesses, where I was responsible for daily operations and management. I combine my extensive business management experience with a strong sense of caring for each of my clients.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

I started this company over 25 years ago and built it into a 7 figure business.

What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?

I think one of the hardest things in owning a business is having a great team.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

  1. Be a risk taker. I think in order to be successful, you have to take risks in business.
  2. Hire slow and fire fast.
