What's your business, and who are your customers?
I am a diamond importer and jewellery designer, and jewellery manufacturer. I sell diamonds and custom-made jewellery to the trade and public.
Tell us about yourself
My father was a diamond cutter and taught me the business. I always strive to be better, not bigger.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
Getting through COVID.
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
Managing to get paid from some trade customers.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
Do something that you are passionate about. Always try and sell the best merchandise for the money, not the cheapest. Always try and understand your customer's requirements.
