What's your business, and who are your customers?
Carpet, upholstery, tile & grout, and 24/7 Water damage. We service both residential and commercial.
Tell us about yourself
In 2013 I left my position as a senior restorative technician at a multi-million dollar company(large company) to go work for Chrysler corp. It was then I realized I liked what I did and missed the interaction with people. In February of 2016, I started Premier Carpet Cleaning.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
I would have to say being a small company but filling the shoes of a large company each and every day. We are able to take on large-scale jobs with no hesitation.
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
One of the hardest parts of being a business owner is that you work day and night and don't get much downtime.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
Do your research, create plans and jot ideas down in a notebook.
Is there anything else you'd like to share?
Be honest with yourself and the people around you; take care of and treat each and every one as if you would treat your own family.
