What's your business, and who are your customers?

Two Hands Wellness Events is meant to attract people with busy lifestyles. We understand that life can get hectic at times, and we want to make taking care of yourself easy for you by providing our mobile wellness services. We provide mobile, chair, yoga, meditation and breathwork, ergonomics, and wellness retreats (coming soon!)

Tell us about yourself

I'm an entrepreneur, massage therapist, ergonomist, meditation and breathwork guide. I've been a professional massage therapist for 20 years and have owned Two Hands Wellness Events for 10 years. I started a "massage company turn wellness company" because I wanted to love what I do! I started a company providing the things that I personally have in my life. I feel fulfilled when I can make others happy.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

My biggest accomplishment is to feel recognized after all my hard work and efforts. For example: being asked to be on a podcast, speak at engagements, and magazine articles.

What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?

The hardest thing I am still trying to improve is my work/life balance. Being a business owner is non-stop. There is always something to do. But knowing when to turn your brain off is also so rewarding.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

  1. Know your WHY.
  2. All mistakes and learning experiences.
  3. Ask for help. You can't do everything by yourself.
