What's your business, and who are your customers?
We create the finest chocolate to pair with liquor. We made four coffrets to pair with scotch/whisky, rum, porto, and champagne.
Tell us about yourself
I started to make chocolates at the age of 35 years old. It was a second career; I decided to quit my first business that I used to have for the past 15 years to make chocolates and start from zero! It's a passion; I make people happy every day! Isn't it nice my name is L'Heureux.....in English it means happy! It was a predestined name for chocolates!
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
Today! Because it's changing every week …..I am very proud to have a collaboration with Piper Heindsieck Maison de Champagne Francaise.
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
Managing people and making them understand your mission.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
- Believe in yourself.
