What's your business, and who are your customers?

I am the owner and founder of Flow Sock, an anatomically correct (arterial anatomy) compression sock for medical professionals.

Tell us about yourself

I am a vascular ultrasound technologist. I work with vascular specialists who surgically revascularize flow to the foot when the arteries are blocked.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

I have a lot of passion around patient care and helping to decrease amputations. My biggest accomplishment is these socks provide so much joy to healthcare providers.

What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?

I give too many pairs away. My business is led by passion, not money.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

Create a business that brings you joy, and it won't feel like work!
