What's your business, and who are your customers?
In a nutshell, my business offers practical stress management services. I work with busy professionals (employees to entrepreneurs) to create the systems, structure, and support they need at work or at home to help them stress less and find more balance and ease in life. By offering professional organizing, productivity consulting, and private yoga sessions, I can take a holistic approach to help professionals find more ease in life.
Tell us about yourself
I've always been gifted at identifying and remediating inefficiencies. It's how I got my first job as a teenager! As I advanced in my own career, I needed to further develop/refine my skills and systems to manage everything in life. I love that I now get to help other people create the skills, support, and systems they need to thrive in life and not be as overwhelmed.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
Getting started! Being a business owner and deciding to go out on your own can be challenging but well worth it.
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
Being patient. I'm one of those people that decides to do something, and I'm all in. Growing a business takes time, and it is easy to become impatient when things don't always develop as quickly as you'd like. I remind myself that consistency is key and little steps compound over time. Just trust the process.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
Adapt, know and understand your numbers, and find a good support system
