Tell us about yourself

I am a Holistic Nutritionist (CNP), Clinical Herbalist (RH), and mama of two beautiful kids. Over the last decade, I have studied and supported women and family wellness. My business journey began when I was pregnant with my first baby Linden and was looking for safe and effective ways to support myself and my family naturally. At the time, I was spending a lot of time creating herbal products in the apothecary for myself and my clients. I fell in love with the art, science, and creativity behind product formulation. Every day I am inspired by plants, their beauty, benefits, traditional and modern uses, as well as our interrelationships to them and our environment. It's a wonderful thing to be able to create plant-based products that are safe effective and help support people's wellness in the process.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

A highlight of being a business owner for me is in the relationships I have made. I have the pleasure of connecting with wellness practitioners, clinic/studio owners, new mothers, families, farmers, educators, birthing communities, as well as individuals who are generally curious about herbs and holistic living. It's beautiful to be a part of a supportive community where there are common interests and goals.

What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?

For me, it's mastering my mindset and attitude so that no matter what circumstance I may find myself or my business in, I can handle it.

  3. Work on your mindset. Being a successful business owner has a lot to do (if not most) with having a great mindset. Having the right people, systems, processes, strategies, etc. are important, but if the mindset piece
