What's your business, and who are your customers?

Dance Fit Experiences is The Intersection of Cardio and Cocktails. My customer's mindset is that health is wealth and the key to being happy is through a balanced diet, exercise, and loving friendships. They're always looking to incorporate new experiences and love to have a good time.

Tell us about yourself

I started my company in college as a way to innovate the dance world. However, what keeps me motivated are the friendships I've built along the way. The company is also an art; it constantly keeps me creative, and that truly brings me joy.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

I was able to give back to Dance Schools in my community, which has always been a lifelong goal of mine.

What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?

Not trusting the process and comparing myself to others.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

  1. Make sure you love doing it, and it brings you joy.
  2. Be persistent - no matter what, keep going.
  3. Take your time - Great things take time.
