What's your business, and who are your customers?
I am a certified life coach. I specialize in a holistic yet direct approach to helping my clients who struggle with getting in their way to create practical steps to accomplish their goal(s) and live their ideal life.
Tell us about yourself
I knew from the age of 14 that I was meant to guide people back to themselves. I started my business because I spent over half of my life self-sabotaging, and I wanted to help people who are willing to do the work to overcome the same issue. I have spent years doing the work, and I have finally created a successful method called RESET that helps people get out of their own way. What motivates me to do what I do is the positive feedback that I receive from my clients. My clients' growth lets me know that my approach works.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
My biggest accomplishment as a business owner is selling out my course every month.
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
The hardest thing that comes with being a business owner is knowing when to take off my white hat and just be Jamie. Although I love helping people, I don't try to help everybody I come across. I make a habit of only being a coach during business hours.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
- Have a plan.
- Stay consistent.
- Cheer for the little things with the same energy as the big things.
