What's your business, and who are your customers?

"JAM" Jasper Advertising and Marketing is a full-service advertising agency. My customers are small businesses.

Tell us about yourself

I started JAM in 1997 with a local Honda dealership as my large client. Now offering services to three Heating and Air Conditioning companies. The creative part of this job motivates me.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

Staying afloat during some hard times. I am blessed to have supported myself all these years doing what I like to do.

What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?

Not able to take time off. No benefits.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

Do what you say you are going to do. Be part of the team where you do your work. Treat others how you want to be treated.
